What documents do I need to complete my file ?

For the future tenant, the supporting documents to be provided are the following :

• a valid National Identity Card (passport for foreign students).
• A valid visa or residence permit or similar (for foreign students).
• Student card or proof of enrollment if applicable.
• The last 3 pay slips and a copy of the work contract (for employed students).
• Recent employer's attestation (for salaried students).
• Bank account statement (RIB) from a bank with an establishment in France.
• Bank guarantee (if the tenant does not have a guarantor).

For the guarantor, you will need to attach to your file:

• a valid national identity card or passport.
• a Visa or residence permit or similar.
• the last 3 pay slips.
• A recent employer's certificate.
• Extract of the balance sheet if you are a liberal profession.
• The last tax notice in its entirety.
• The last rent receipt.
• The property tax if owner.
• Bank account statement (RIB) from a bank with a branch in France.
